कल खबर सुनी कि २५ वर्ष के बाद यूनियन कार्बाइड का फ़ैसला न्यायालय ने दे दिया है, वो २ दिसंबर की काली रात एकदम गहरी स्याह हो उठी जब इस जहरीली गैस ने भोपाल को अपने आगोश में ले लिया था, और आज फ़िर ऐसा लगा कि वापिस वही गैस पूरे देश में फ़ैल गई है, और जिनके पास दिल हैं वे सभी लोग घुटकर मरे जा रहे हैं। मेरा भारत महान, उसके नेता और न्यायपालिका महान !!!
जहरीली गैस से मरे हुए और मरने वाले लोगों और घुट रहे लोगों को नम श्रद्धांजली।

very sad to know this. we the people should compensate the affected people.
as far justice is concerned,The law has its own definition. The punishment for the "culpable homicide not amounting to murder" is just Two years then how can you lynch Anderson. there is no room for emotion in the law. If you respect the rule of Law then respect the verdict. just criticizing the law and courts are become fashion for the media/People.
it may be presumed that the said tragedy is not done in cold blood or done deliberately, it was merely a accident which occurs due to negligence and you can not penalize a person to Capital Punishment for a crime of negligence.
Yes i admit that the said Tragedy was a Havoc but it can not be defined as a genocide/mass killing. that was a very unfortunate story, and it needs to be dealt with a sound and logical reasoning
i admit that the people affected due to that accident should be compensated properly and this is the task of Government. if affected people were not compensated properly how is Anderson responsible. Take the responsibility and compensate the people. that will be the right Justice
